I’m Kristi J. Williams, Founder & Principal Consultant of KJW Inc., working alongside international and independent schools and mission-driven organizations to strengthen governance, align strategy, and support clear, effective leadership.
For over three decades, I’ve combined my experience in marketing and strategic communications with hands-on governance work. From navigating board transitions to leading inclusive planning processes, my goal is simple: to equip boards, leaders and teams with the tools, clarity, and confidence to make an impact.
