Relevant learning for the leaders and schools you serve
I partner with school associations, accreditation bodies, professional networks, and school groups to design learning for Heads of School, Board Chairs, trustees, senior and aspiring leaders.
Through conference sessions, webinars, institutes, workshops, and multi-session programs, I help partners respond to emerging member needs, strengthen leadership and governance capacity across schools, and extend learning beyond a single event.
My work is grounded in the realities of international and independent schools and designed to give participants useful frameworks, sharper questions, and clear next steps.
Focused Learning | Practical Application | Clear Next Steps
Three Ways to Engage
Conference Sessions and Webinars
Focused, engaging sessions for conferences, annual meetings, leadership summits, and virtual events.
Each session is built around a recognizable school challenge and combines relevant ideas, real-world examples, substantive questions, and practical application.
Formats may include breakout sessions, featured presentations, webinars, panels, or moderated conversations.
Institutes and Extended Workshops
Longer, interactive learning experiences that give participants time to examine complex issues, apply frameworks, and connect the work to their own schools.
Programs may be delivered as pre-conference institutes, half-day or full-day workshops, leadership seminars, or Board - Head learning sessions.
Partner Learning Series and Cohorts
Multi-session learning designed for a defined participant group, leadership cohort, or network of member schools.
A series allows participants to build knowledge over time, apply learning between sessions, and return with questions and experience from their own contexts.
Programs may include governance series, Board Chair development, leadership cohorts, aspiring Head of School development, post-conference learning, or customized programs for member schools.

“Kristi Williams was the ideal facilitator for AISA’s Good Governance Program. Kristi brings not just knowledge but genuine partnership to the professional learning experience. Her professionalism, expertise, and ability to deliver transformative learning experiences are second to none. Many schools noted that the sessions were some of the most valuable governance training they had ever experienced, offering tangible tools they could implement straight away. She knows how to move schools forward in practical, meaningful ways and creates an environment where real change can begin. Without hesitation, we would partner with Kristi again for future professional learning initiatives.”
